Salil Ravindran heads the digital banking research and advisory practice at MEDICI. He has been in the banking and financial technology industry for over 21 years. Salil spent his early years at ICICI Bank and later spent over 18 years at Oracle in their financial services business unit. At Oracle, Salil handled various roles across domain expertise, delivery, solutions, and strategy for their financial services product portfolio and most recently led their digital banking center of excellence. Salil has had global exposure to banking products and practices across the world. He is a vocal advocate of Open Banking and has stayed close to various regulations around it worldwide.

Kayzad Hiramanek has a double Masters degree in Commerce & International Business. He is also a qualified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Graduate of the University of Michigan’s Global Leadership Programme.
Kayzad has worked in multiple sectors: Hospitality & Travel with the Taj Group of Hotels. Telecommunications, in organizations such as BPL Mobile, Idea Cellular, Sify and Bharti Airtel wherein he has handled numerous responsibilities in CRM, loyalty programmes and services marketing. Kayzad also did a brief stint in the Real Estate industry with Damac Properties.
Kayzad has been with the Life Insurance sector since 2007 where he started with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd, to set up the company’s the shared services centre along with heading the company’s central operations, service and policy persistency portfolios. Kayzad was then with Avantha ERGO Life Insurance Company Ltd, a green field start-up, where he was Chief Operating Officer heading the overall Operations and IT portfolios.
Presently he is Chief- Operations and Customer Experience at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd, heading the operations, persistency, customer service, underwriting, claims and retail branch portfolios.
Kayzad is a speaker of international repute and has lectured at several fora globally on the topics of operations excellence, customer & stakeholder experience management, embedded analytics, outsourcing, vendor relationship management, technology adoption and organization diversity.
Joel Yarbrough

Joel Yarbrough is the Asia Pacific Vice President for Rapyd, a global Payments platform. He is responsible for leading the company’s value proposition and growth efforts in the region. Joel brings 26 years of extensive cross-disciplinary experience, having worked in Payments, Technology, Banking, and Management Consulting across continents.
Prior to Rapyd, he was Head of Product at Southeast Asia’s largest tech startup Grab, and went on to lead Business and Corporate Development on behalf of GrabPay, the Financial Services arm of Grab. He is also a notable PayPal alumnus, having led Global Product Strategy, APAC Product Management, Large Partner and O2O Solutions during his time there. Joel also had multiple global roles at JPMorgan before PayPal.
